I admire all the religious denomination helping other countries getting them food & medical care even clean drinking water. BUT i don't understand is why they don't give the women birth control methods in these poor counties so there isn't so many babies dieing everyday from poverty. How much could it cost ? You never hear any mention of this type of help for the women. We teach our teens birth control and to be responable.

I abslutely agree.

We should also train up their countries' medical staff and mid-wifery to perform vasectomies. A Vasectomy is a very simple operation- a two hour procedure under a local anaesthetic.

The problem is idiotic religious and cultural interests prevent the suffering of their people.

I wonder why these groups don't worry about the sick and starving people in their own country first then the rest of the world. But I do agree they should be teaching these people about birth control.
