My gym is trying to say that I took a **** in the sink in the Men's locker room, because when I went into the locker room, and saw the big steaming hot turd laying in the basin, I (in poor judgement) I left it there for another person to find and report to the front desk. The gym is trying to say that I was the one to **** in the sink due to me being the last one to leave the locker room before it was reported. How do I prove my innocence?

They accused you so they have the preponderance of the evidence. Tell them to do tests.

Tell them to take a DNA sample of the evidence and compare it to yours.
