Yes he has shown me that a below average human being can take up the most powerful position in this world and run the most powerful country in this world.
This gives me great confidence in myself as a hairy and dark and smelly and small hindu man living in India and I think the same goes true when we consider anybody in this world who is keen on global affairs

Well, you are right. Right now Iraq is the main issue that is used to judge Bush. Setting Iraq aside for this moment, I can say that there are a few good things that has taken place on his watch. The Stock exchange broke a record, unemployment is at an all time low, Our GDP has increased considerably. I would go as far as saying that for the next president, do not chose your candidate simply on their promises of getting our of Iraq. Chose wisely.

Well maybe things in Iraq will get better but at what cost? The cost of the war is now 2 billion dollars a week? So...lets vote on this, would you rather the president gave this money to us americans to spend or keep sending it to Iraq?

Yes, he has made me pay a lot more attention to what he is doing!
And I appreciate my freedoms more, now they are taking them away from us!
Aside from that, I guess if you average between $800,030 and 26.5 Million and your kids aren't being sent off to war, they probably think he is doing a peachy keen job!
Wait till the interest of the additional 3 1/2 Trillion in deficit Bush put us in is due! You are never going to hear the end of it from those making between $100,000 and $200,000! They are going to get slammed with taxes! I bet they blame the Democrats?

We thought we had something yesterday (diplomacy with korea) but we discovered that it was Japan and Europe who sorted it out, and bush just didn't jump in and bomb everyone involved.
I think that's what passes for showing restraint and diplomacy these days.

If the President had done nohing more than piss off the liberal left, keeping them foaming at the mouth since 2000, that would have been enough for me.

He lowered taxes, which stimulated the economy and created jobs.
He did the No Child Left Behind act.
He kicked *** in Afghanistan
He is creating a Democracy in Iraq... which takes time, and he managed poorly... but if we win, it will be his greatest accomplishment. If the pansies in Washington make us pull out early, it will be his worse failure.
