My favorite book of his is Velocity without a doubt. I really like the main character and I was so interested in it I stayed up all night reading it to see what would happen next! I'm trying to decide which of his books to read next. =)

"From the corner of his eye" is definitely my fave Koontz novel. How he managed to credibly combine psycho killers with quantum physics, magicians and a blind child is beyond me, but made for an excellent read :)

Odd Thomas. It just had a different feel to it than his other books, and I liked the surprise ending. It was a book that I picked up many times, I had read the jacket cover over and over....it just didn't seem like something I would enjoy. Finally, I was out of Koontz books to read and that was the only one left at the time....I bought it and loved it!

I'm such a Dean Koontz fan, loves his book. But, I'd have to say Lightening. It's the first book I ever read from Dean.

Watchers.

It's the first Koontz book I read, and I was intrigued.

I like Robert Ludlum better, though.

I haven't read too much by him, but I love the whole Odd Thomas series. My 16 y/o daughter is just reading the first one now and is loving it. I have also read From the Corner of his Eye and really liked that one too. I don't think I have read anything else by him yet. I saw you haven't read that one. Please check it out. It had an interesting story line.

i'd have to say the whole odd thomas series. good stuff.

although, james rollins is just about even with koontz with me. just read "Black Order". it involves a leftover device the nazi's created in the war, combining that with physics & the classic evolution vs. intelligent design controversy. highly recommended!

My Fav is Strangers. It is about a group of people who are brought together by their different and equally strange maladies. These people gather to meet in the middle of the Nevada 'high-desert' to try and figure out what was done to them, who could have done it, while at same time being watched by the people who have done this. The comraderie and heroism made this my Fav.

Not that I don't like his work, just haven't read any. Can any of you suggest any? Anyway I like Robert Ludlum, the last book I read from any of his work was, The Prometheus Deception.
