i really love my ex i can t get over it i want to call him so bad
!!!! i know he just aplayer he get me went he want but he dont call me for a week i really want to speak to him but that relationship just out and in iwant to speak to him but he s so negative he want every thing he s way ? advices please??/should i call him or wait?

oh dont call him......trust your instincts. find someway to keep yourself busy. He is doing this because you are allowing him to do and he knows he can. One day when you are suddenly unavailable he will realize that he has screwed up.

A friend of mine has recently published a book about just this.
It's called 'Six Spiritual Steps To Heal A Broken Heart' and it's by Fiona Hickman-Taylor.
Bit of a mouthful, but it's easy to read, REALLY practical and helpful.

don't call him!!cry till its all out of your system,go shopping and out with friends..write down all the bad and good things about the relationship eg.how he made you feel,things you could/could not do..and be honest about it..in time it will get better,trust that and there is always someone better out there..it hurts like hell but remember "this too shall pass" good luck..

you already know the answer! clearly he is not good enough for you....try to keep busy...call friends..even if its not to talk..but just hang out wiht them....if you have any hobbies....throw yourself into them to keep you distracted.....just keep going! try to love yourself more than you love your ex.....then you will do what is best for you! good luck!
