Difficult question this... hang on a sec, I 've got it here somewhere.

As I used to tell my daughters, always make sure your bra and cup size are correct. And you have to make sure you use the correct sizing info for the country you are ordering in.

Step number 1) measure underbust. If measure ment is even number of inches, add 4 inches. if odd add 5 inches.
2) measure around the fullest part of bust. If the measurement is the same as the brasize, the cup size is A. One inch more it is a B. 2 inches is C. three is D. 4 is DD, 5 is E, 6 is F, 7 is FF and 8 is G.

European sizes and American are different if I remember somehow.

American cups only hold 8 ounces, or two cups to the Pint, where as Engilsh cups are 10 ounces as their pints are 20 ounces and American pints are only 16. So an English lady with Size D is larger than an American with size D. LOL, not really, but it is fun.

Now a woman who wears a size 36 DD may also be able to wear a size 38D. But then which cup she wears depends on the size and shape of her bumps and what feels the most comfortable to her.

Use the "fruit method."
Oranges, grapefruits, melons, etc.

K, that was just for fun. You take a tape measure and measure the chest below the breasts. This is the "band size." Then move the tape to the fullest part of the bust. The difference between the two numbers indicates cup size.
B = 2"
C = 3"
D = 4" and so on....

Interesting factoid:
The average weight of a D-cup breast is 8 pounds.

Forget the tape measure. Sizes are merely nominal. A 38dd and a36c will fit the same Woman, it just depends on the relevant style, shape and manufacturer. Just think of the differences between Imperial and Metric tools (1/4 in or 6mm ?)

to see what cup size you are you measure the area under the breast, and on the top of the nipple(this is all with out a bra on of course). and then you find out the rest on line sorry that is all i know off the top of my head.
