I think that I ovulated on the 11th (I had sticky egg white fluid and left side discomfort around my ovary area). On saturday the 14th, I was having this really bad cramping/muscle straining pain in my pelvic area. Could this be implantation of the embryo.

I would say the crampy pain was actually ovulation. I used to get this feeling when not on birth control and TTC. It is usually more on one side, the one the egg is released from. You wouldn't normally be able to feel implantation. Try taking an ovulation test next month if this happens again and I reckon it'll be positive. Good luck!

Only 20% of ladies get implantation bleeding so do not look forward to it...it won't occur. Implantation can occur wherever from four days after ovulation (infrequent) to sixteen days beyond ovulate (now not that normal both). It by and large occurs approximately per week after ovulation. It's simplest gentle recognizing, both darkish brown or purple and not ever lasts greater than three days, by and large simplest approximately one.
