Most likely that OLD Celeron is on a motherboard with 1x/2x AGP slot (3.3V). The Mx 4000 would fit a 4x/8x AGP slot (1.5V).

No. The old 66mhz bus speed, which your motherboard is, had the wrong core voltage to support that video card.

ya it would run on it, but not with full performance. celeron is kindda low on chache. i wouldnt do that if i were you, its a waste of money. if the motherboard has agp, then it will run it. CPU enhances FPS.
