Why do teams like Pakistan, India, & Sri Lanka have very little in the way of Coaching and Player development. Than they constantly disrespect the World Champions who are actually trying to help them, yet they act like spoilt little ungrateful brats ! Isn't it time they stood on their own two feet and tried to develope their own Coaching staff ? and stop biting the hand that feeds you ! ie, the World Champion Aussies !

yes but coach is a paid man who does his job for his salery.
asians have good coaches .in fact they coach some non icc countries.
Asian "big -name -players ("ex:sachin, inzy,arjuna))never listen to their country's coaches.
Their mentality is too tough.
They only prefer listening to unknown alien.

I fully agree with you that it is high time India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka get some of their best former cricketers trained as Cricket Coaches, so that in course of time they can purely depend upon the domestic coaches instead of going for foreign coaches.

Because the admins think otherwise. Mentality is the key issue,
attitude follows and think Foreign ex-players are better
coaches.
Both India and Pak has never respected their ex-players....
Kapil, Gavaskar, Zaheer, Miandad et al....Some have the
mentality to coach and communicate well, but others do not.
Hence admins think they are better off getting coaches from
outside, and easy targets to place the blame on.
One needs to question, why does Australia does not hire
coaches from sub-continent India?

Yes dear Geoff lawson is the new coach of pakistan cricket team becuase pakistan histroy it said to me all the team method used the fast bolwer coach "geoff lawson is the best fast bolwer of the aus in the its period " He said to the players how fast blower used they skill in blowing .........

Teams should go for the best avalible coach for them and at times that means a it could be a foreginer, and there is nothing wrong with that.
