I'm 23 and I feel that I'm still shy in some ways....though not as much as I used to be..Sometimes you can overcome shyness and sometimes it stays with you as a part of your personality.. In my opinion, shyness is like a fear of stepping out from your comfort zone.. It can be challenging to step out of your comfort zone but sometimes you have to do it.. If you really want to overcome your shyness, then try to find ways to do it..even if it seems hard. Don't be afraid to talk to people or express yourself..even if you're criticized..that's only natural..the only way to overcome shyness is to face the fear of whatever it is that's holding you back..Hope this helps...

Yes you can. It's a matter of self confidence really. I have always been shy, especially when I was younger, but once I started working and building new relationships, and when I met my now husband I slowly started getting that confidence. I am still a bit shy, but not nearly as bad as I used to be. It does take time, but once you start building your confidence more you will notice that you feel less shy.
Good luck xx

Yes you can allow others to give you the confidence by you making friends and socialising. Getting a job and performing well stops you from being shy especially dealing with customers or clients. Its about putting your head up high and not letting someone speak for you or down to you. Its about being able to trust the unknown because you might learn something new from talking to someone.

YES
I did.
I was always VERY shy. THen when I was 16 and started working at a grocery store, I HAD to learn to speak up. CUstomers that tried to buy beer while drunk, or refuse to show ID--if I didn't speak up I could have lost my job and been arrested. Now I"m a very outspoken person ( sometimes TOO much--haha).

There are multiple kinds of disorders that deal with anxiety. Although most can manifest in similar ways, these disorders generally occur due to different events in your life. Natural home remedies for anxiety https://tr.im/0a4vd
Generalized anxiety disorder includes persistent and unnecessary worries about everyday, common events or activities, which can disrupt concentration and lead to other issues, such as depression.

you will when you look inside and remember all the opportunity's and experiences that you have missed out on because you were too shy to try and do things, i used to be really shy, i myself am not to much older then you, and i think in the end i just had enough of missing out on everything, and i had no one to blame, except for my self, so yeah brother or sister, you will get over it : )

i think you should really try hard to be more courageous so that you will not be afraid to maybe start a conversation just because of shyness.you should try to be bold enough to speak up...
