Sounds like you cratered an oil pump, then with lack of lubrication, the engine seized up.
You are looking at a major overhaul, so be ready. Anytime oil pressure suddenly drops, you should shut down and determine why. Good Luck.

it sounds like you spun a bearing (#1 main?) and caused the engine to lose oil pressure, and since you kept driving it until it stopped, you have now probably seared the pistons to the cylinder walls... now your block is probably beyond repair. now the last 351 cleveland was made in 1974, so its going to be a little tough to find one, but the 351 winsor will bolt up to your tranny, and if you get one from a 1994 or later it will have a hydraulic roller cam- which doesnt require break-in :) you can take all the fuel injection crap off it and put a carb intake, carb, mechanical fuel pump, and a points distributor from a small block, and itll drop right in and wire up like your cleveland

Mmmmmm... cleveland, NICE. We use 15w 40 rotella on everything we own because we get it in the barrels, and it works great for us.. but there are a lot of people that don't like rotella. If your mustang is a '69 thats not a stock engine, because the cleveland didn't come out until 1971 or 1972.. cant remember which right now off the top of my head.

If your oil pressure stayed up and you can turn it a half a turn it is unlikely you seized a crankshaft bearing. It sounds like an upper end problem: broken piston, broken connecting rod, wrist pin, valve interference. Pull the heads and pan and take a look.
