i have an older whirlpool washer and when the spin cycle starts it starts vibrating and bouncing uncontrollably over the floor, I have used a level and it is completely level, but the tub is out of balance ? is there any way to rebalance the tub inside the washer ?

tilt the washer to the front of you and the back legs should adjust themselfs to level on the floor .,also make sure your laundry is well distributed in the tub to prevent the buncing of the washer

One or both of the self adjusting feet on the back may be corroded away or damaged. You may have to cut some wooden wedges or shims to put under the machine to keep it from rocking. This happened to my old whirlrpool. If you can wiggle the machine even a little bit by pushing with your hands each direction it will definitely dance a jig in spin cycle.

the washer should have self lever pull the washer forward
and lift the back up then back down this should take care of it

Have you tried to move the clothes around sometimes that helps! I know mine does this sometimes! Or does it do it all the time no matter what size load you are washing?

is the load balanced inside? Otherwise you might need a belt.
