I have wireless internet and do i need to put an ADSL filter in every room even if im not putting a phone in?

you would need to place filters on phone jacks that has a device connected to it ( fax machine, answering machine, phone )

not placing filters on it would still allow you to connect to the internet but could cause you problems in the future.

No - you only need it where the phone is or are.
