No, diet Pepsi is. I drink a lot of diet soda, at least a 2-liter bottle a day, sometimes as much as three of four 2-liter bottles per day. You'd have to see it to believe it, because for a fairly little person, I drink a lot of pop. When they are on sale, I fill my cart with soda. And I am originally from Michigan and moved to California, so I say both soda and pop!

I guess because I'm 56 and think of my health, yes, I love the flavor of coffee but I know that drinking a lot of it isn't good for the body and I have reached the age, the "wrong side of 50" when one receives the results of their former, younger days. I burned out my adrenal glands and now am sickly. So I chooose anything water based, even tho I'd rather have coffee or soda or high sugar drinks. I used to explain it to my elem students, I was a teacher, You can not brush your teeth for years and years, but the price you have to pay 20 years later can extremely expensive and very very painful. Don't always choose for the moment, choose so that when you are 50 you can still function when you get to retire. This "wrong side of 50" isn't what you dream of when you are young because yes you get to retire, but your body often is old and used and ABUSED !!!

It's a toss up between coffee, sweet tea, and diet coke. I'm having iced coffee and a sweet tea right now. Woke up thirsty.
