Don't you think that the behaviour of the females on Big Brother is indicative of womens problems in society ...they just vain, hate each other...and can't get on

I think that womens problems (in general) are more with each other than men (if they're honest) ..why can't they get on with each other... the men seem to manage it..?

Also the people/viewers who have the biggest problem with Charley are mainly women... guys like me for the most part don't really care (as we know a lot of women as irrational as Chanelle & Charley)

every year its the same thing ... you put guys in a room they get a long... BUT THE WOMEN...??? hell no!

So much for ''girl power'' ... and the ''so called'' better bonding skills of women

KD... lol, I write questions like this becasue i get reactions from people like you, whose nerves are struck by it ...and it seperates the girls from the women

you seem to be the only one who really reacted the way i thought a little girl would ...the cap must fit you best...

Although; there were some women ...(like PREEYA), who realised that they had nothing tbe defensive about, and that although I had a point .. that what I said did not apply to them ...but yours ws more the reaction i was expecting ;-)

hmmmmmmmn ... 27 .. spend most of my time in pubs.... and i'm angry at the world ...

More personal and judgemental than I am .. ain't you ..? ;-)

I actually agree with you and i'm a woman lol... it would seem the female of the species are more deadly than the male, seriously i watch the way men bond, and get along with each other but we women throw all that sisterly love out the window, and make room for the b!tchiness, and back stabbing, boy can we be vicious, i tend not to associate myself with female friends like that, i can be b!tchy sometimes but for the right reasons if someone makes me react that way, otherwise no. The BB house is no exception, we women shouldn't really complain when some of you guys call us b!tches, because somtimes the name is fitting. PS that's why i have more male than female friends.

My father worked in offices and boardrooms for 35 years, and although I'm not the type who idolises their parent(s) and quotes them, he said something to me about office politics between the genders that I thought was particularly pertinent: if the men had an argument, they would use the opportunity to purge, swear at each other, the intensity would make them work harder and afterwards they'd apologise and forget about it by the next day. When the women had arguments, they tended to cut it off quicker. Seems a more civilised way of dealing with it, but it lead to them making snide comments about each other behind their backs. If the argument was a big thing you'd usually get one, maybe both, women crying and it brought the whole mood of the workplace down. It centres around conflict but I think it's relevant to all aspects of relationships between men and women and I've found it to be true in my own workplace. Being emotive and avoiding conflict are not necessarily a good thing.

You are seeing what you want to see.

(1) Common sense dictates that the show's producers are going to find the most inane, uneducated idiots to put on the show - it makes for good, car-crash TV.

(2) Interesting that you write that "guys like me don't really care". Hmmmmm. I'll bet if you asked the "guys" in your local pub what they thought of Charley - that is, if they're even watching the show - they would probably answer with what every guy I've spoken to says: "Can't stand her".

(3) "Men seem to manage getting along"....That is laughable. Try joining the army. The most mix-matched, non co-operative, ego-inflated group of losers who can't seem to build a bridge and get across a river can be found in most of the world's armies. How about a football game - in any country? Your team isn't winning? "Boo hoo, let's go kick the sh*t out of those other guys!"

(4) If you only attract women who are simple and stupid, then change your attitude. What we attract is what we put out.
Not much more to say there since I very rarely see women like the one's you've described unless I turn on the television.

(4) Get out more and travel. When you get older you will be embarrassed by what you've written.

Update: My dear, I wrote "pub" because you appear to spend most of your time in the local pub. That is why.
Oh, and you seem really angry at the world. Life is short. Lighten up.
You are looking for a fight and have an answer for everyone it appears. Why not read the reasonable words of alot of people who have taken the time to write you and find peace within yourself.
Life is not a competition or a chore unless you make it that way.
Yes, from your response, I still think you are young. I would say around 27.

I've no idea as I don't bother watching BB. But, to your points about the women on there and in general(!) > ...they just vain, hate each other...and can't get on <

and...

> I think that women's problems (in general) are more with each other than men (if they're honest) ..why can't they get on with each other... the men seem to manage it..? <

Taking your last point first: Clearly, if they could just simply 'get on with each other, then they would and you wouldn't be asking.' The reason/s for why they fail to may well have something to do with your earlier points in relation to 'Vanity' and possibly seeing themselves in competition with each other.

Women / girls seemingly are hugely more aggressive than when I was younger ~ which really doesn't fit in with the meaning of the word 'feminine' I have in my head. And, that they are ready to speak their minds ~ which is good. But it would be better if
A: I could understand what they want to get across (as they usually speak so badly), and
B: would refrain from throwing in swear words so often (which gets in the way of the truth of the matters).

Sash.

Not a true reflection of women in society...because they are a self-selecting group who wish to be in the spotlight all the time. They will do anything to achieve this...Charley should illicit some sympathy, she is a woman with strong opinions who is unable to express herself properly and that causes the anger..
They have been forced together and when this happens a hierarchy has to develop and while it does there is mayhem...It is also true of the men...they just do it differently

i dont think that that kind of observation can be made from the women that appear on big brother, i mean take for instance firstly the kind of people that want to be watched by everyone in all their pride and glory applying do go on these shows, and i wouldn't read to much into these so called 'social experiments' because they are only a hand full of egomaniacs that are in for the money, now if you want to talk real scientific observations on women and men in a controlled environment, stick them in a house for 5 years and have no prize money at the end of it.then well see some results

It's b/c women are in constant competition with one another - they don't sometimes bond well and can cause them to despise eachother. Behaviour such as being all catty to eachother as well as stabbing friends in the back and gossiping out of spite appear to be the norm for these women etc. So there's no denying how bitchy women can get and makes sense why they don't bond well like the men.

I hear this all the time anyway, conversing w/ women, such as how they can't tolerate other women friends b/c of their bitchiness towards them etc.

The women on BB8 are not indicative of women per se.
You know that.
You tell me what guys you could put in a room who after 48 hours would not be tearing each other to pieces.
It has nothing to do with gender as you well know.

Well I know it's not the same thing but most wars aren't started by women....so men don't always get along!

However I do agree....women are msotly threatened by each other...but isn't that the laws of nature....we're all competing for the alpha male of the pack...much as we don't like to admit it....

I don't think that the sorts of person who do things like BB are paid up member of the human race. It is most unfair to compare their behaviour with that of society in general.
Mind you, I think people who watch BB are well behind with their subscriptions too!
