I did once it went right through my toe and there was a piece of wood attached to it,had to go to casualty and have them removed painful!!!

No but something similar - my mum was sewing leather with a very big needle, she dropped it on the floor in my bedroom - I jumped out the top bunk of the bunk beds me and my sister had and it went straight into my foot at an angle - all you could see was thick cotton hanging out the end - I too went to hospital to have it removed, That was 30 odd years ago and I still cannot bear that part of my foot being touched (oh and I got to keep the needle as well lol)

when my friend and I were kids, were were walking through fields and came to a gate we had to climb over, I jumped down the other side safely, but when she jumped, it was straight onto a hidden piece of wood, with a rusty nail pointing upward. Straight into Her foot. She had to go for a Tetnus injection, it was very painful

yeah i stood on one --- it went through my boot into the bottom of my foot --- i wished i had used the nail gun .
it was infected no end , but to my bosses i had to pretend ; everything 's right ; i said , where everything was wrong --- i tried to keep it out of sight but my gangerous foot got in the way .
i wanted to stay and get on with the job but they could see i was a handicap , ( i might as well have had the c--p!!)
the foot started to smell , it brought no amount of flies --- it was embarrassing --- what if i dies !? --- is it painful !? i'm trying to be mindful --- that i swallowed a dog , the dog swallowed a cat , the cat swallowed a frog , the frog swallowed a fly and the fly swallowed the sh-t thats coming out of my mouth !!! have a good day ( lol !!)

I did, by accident as a child. I will never forget this! I don't like to wear shoes and was out playing in my huge yard. I recall stepping on a nail and being in tremendous pain. My father took me to the ER. It penetrated deep into my foot. I still feel the pain.

I stood on a rusty nail and It went right though my foot there was a 2by4 attached to it I had to go to the hospital to get it removed!!! THAT WAS VERY PAINFUL!!!!

I hadn't, but my elder son has! Done it Friday of all days! Hubby was fixing new gate posts and No. 1 son trod on an old post that still had rusty nails in it. I got called from work, rang up the doctors to check whether or not son was up to date with his tetanus jab- which he was! To top it all off, hubby couldn't find the car keys! But they were found by me!

I stepped on a nail and it went right through my foot.

Yes, this has happened to me twice in my life! I hate it! I also somehow managed to get a toothpick lodged between my big toe and my second toe. That was gross.

when i was a kid i jumped off the hay mound and a big rusty 16 penny nail went straight through my foot it was weeks before i could walk on it

no, but ive had glass go in my foot. A toothpick also went through my shoe and deep into my foot. And my mom got a metal scewer in her thigh about a year ago.
