If I like their question or answer I go to their profile and read their question/some answers and decide from there...I like folks that make me laugh or go hmmmmm...

First of all They have to add me as their contact (14 of my Contacts did so LOL).
Then I have to be sure they come to YA not just once in a year (14 of my contacts do so lol).
If they look TROLLY to me I block on the spot, not to mention adding to the contact list lol
If the person is funny then that is a plus.
Sometimes I add people who have helped me with some serious Qs or who I've helped with serious Qs and they were grateful, or who have always shown respect towards me no matter the situation.
Some I add 'cause they have a lot in common with me.
The pic is rarely a factor of decission and neither are their previous Q&As - I only look at the Q&As they give at the moment.
Am I picky or what lol?

If they make me laugh, have a great sense of humor or have also added me, I add them.
Yeah, sometimes I add just because of the pic, too, but rarely.
