I personally am looking forward to seeing, that is if they decide to put them in future Bond films, Q, and Ernst Stavro Blofeld.

Apparently Q is not likely to return as the makers are planning on making the films more faithful to the original book plots. In the books Q was a section, not a person as the films portrayed him.
I would like to see Blofeld and Jaws return. Some of the scenes with Jaws were top class comedy!
