Why do I put myself through this!!!!

My question is really how do I get rid of hemmaroids and how long will it take? This is my 4th pregnancy and have never suffered from them before. I never realised how blo*dy painful they were!!

Also, when I wake up in the morning, my hips (as in my head of femur) really hurt. Is this what they call SPD? When I sit up from laying, I can feel and hear something in my pelvis shifting back into place. That part of it isnt painful. I'm seeing my midwife on Thursday but just wondered if I could get some advice now.

Cheers

Mid-wife will help you obviously... but take Neurofen... it is an anti-inflammatory so will help any swellings reduce.... otherwise the other thing that helps is sitting in ice cold water.. that will shrink them up... hope it helps..

poor thing! Sounds like my first pregnancy. Drink loads of water and eat heaps of fibre/fruit. Get some Rectinol, it has a local anistetic and really helps. I also got SPD and the only thing is to stay off your feet as much as possible or take frequent breaks and put your feet up. Easier said than done with 3 kids i know, but the only cure is the birth! You can wear supports for it but they are uncomfortable trust me or if it is really bad, can get a walking aid. Talk to your midwife on thursday, ask her if baby's size/position could be aggrevating it. My bub was 9pd and they said that it could be the problem. I hope that it's not that for you though. Good luck!

I developed hemorrhoids about 1 year ago. Then I dicovered this system: http://treathemorrhoid.kyma.info Hemorrhoids are in a general sense engorged veins. If this happens in the rectal area, it becomes hemorrhoids. I purchased this method that speak about the most proficient system to discard hemorrhoids naturally, without surgery. It helped me a lot! Now I live really better! I can't acknowledge how rapidly I got relief (pretty much overnight!) I didn't have hemorrhoids anymore and, in the case they will come back, I know what to do :) After following the instructions of the method throb, irritation, shivering and draining was gone. I can guarantee that I got rid of my hemorrhoids problems with this method: http://treathemorrhoid.kyma.info If you're suffering for hemoroids you should definitly try it! you won't regret, trust me.

I have SPD...and sounds just like you do too....more common the more pregnancies we go through. Its all the muscles and ligaments giving way!! Its worse for me when ive layed down all night and first get up in the morning. If you have got it you are apparently (according to my midwife) only allowed to give birth on all fours so as not to over-extend the pelvis during birth. As for the heomoroids there are creams that you can use safely during pregnancy whcih help to shrink them. I have a little one and boy does it give me some gip sometimes!! This is my third baby...dont think i'll be as brave as you and go on to have a fourth. Goodluck for the delivery x

wow im 36 weeks and 2 days too!!!
i have heard that for the heamorroids that its a good idea to put some tea tree oil on some pantyliners then put them in the freezer for a couple of hours and then use them as they sooth the area. i dont know how effective this is though as i have not needed to do it yet.
btw i think the morning thing is totaly normal as i get this too.
congrats and good luck

DO NOT TAKE NEUROFEN!

Having said that, I don't really have an answer to your question but I needed to warn you before you do something potentially harmful.

I was using Neurofen gel and Deep Heat and my dr said to me that I must not after I told him, not the Neurofen tablets either or any other anti-inflammatory as it can potentially harm my baby (I'm now 30 weeks with no 1).

Please check with your dr or midwife before you take or use any form of medication.

take anusol cream, use it everytime you have a bowl movement and wen you sit down, sit with your legs on the chair or on a stool so they are elevated. its the quickest way to get rid of them, wen you sleep, sleep with a pillow under your legs to elevate them aswell. i had a really painful one yesterday, put anusol cream on and sat watching tv with legs on chair with me and then put more cream on before went to bed and slept with pilllow under legs and this morning its almost gone. i cant feel it now, where its gone down so much the pain has gone, so just reaplied the cream, and will elevate legs again today and that will be fully gone tomorz.
good luck
