It's " Hail to the Chief" and here are the lyrics that I made up for it - sing it out loud and you may get a smile.
Hail to the chief, ev'rybody let us hail him
He is our chief, therefore worthy of our hail.

If we don't hail him, we will all go straight to Hale!
