Would you be offended if I insisted you use the rear enterance as I dont want you to make a mess on my carpet?

That is a more than acceptable request. I often ask my men to use my rear entrance for that reason even though I don't have a carpet to mess up. But most of the time I let them use both entrances.
Either way, a mess is usually made anyways. And women are just as messy!

Ha ha ha, nice one. My house is like a bomb site at the moment as i have workmen in renewing all the floorboards. Thank god for YA. and no i wouldn't be offended to using your rear. Hee hee.
