This is a 3 part process. One, you need to apply for an employment visa from the US embassy or consulate in the Philippines.

Two, you also need to verify your Philippine nursing certification with US authorities.

Three, you need to find a job in Michigan.

This process will most likely take several months at least, if not longer. You should start all three steps all at once because there are several agencies involved that work at different speeds. Best of luck.

Apply for a job in a US hospital that hires nurses and when accepted, you can now request for a US working visa.
