Hi I just turned 40 and i know how you feel! If you have a family and are working as well its no wonder you feel tired. However, ask your doctor for a blood test to see if you are aneamic or have an under active thyroid. Take a day off and have a you day! I do occasionally i suffered with post natal depression after my youngest daughter was born and still get depressed 4 years on! I think sometimes our body is trying to tell us to slow down and we dont listen enough. Hope you feel better soon let me know how you get on!

Boy am i tired! For years Ive blamed it on middle age, poor blood, lack of vitamins.air pollution and other maladies that make you wonder if life's worth it.
But i found out its not that-its because I'm overworked.
The population of this country is 51 million 21 million are retired, That leaves 30 million to do the work.
There are 19 million in school, That leaves 11 million to do the work. 2 million are unemployed and 4 million are employed by the Government. That leaves 5 million to do the work.
1 million are in the Armed Forces, leaving 4 million to do the work.
3 million are employed by councils, leaving
1 million to do the work
There are 620,000 people in Hospital and 379,998 in Jail . That leaves 2 people to do the work.
YOU AND ME!
And you're sitting on your backside reading this......
NO WONDER I'M BLOODY TIRED.

Well I was feeling like that and I went to the doctors and they told me I was anaemic, try eating more iron rich foods such as nuts, and green leafy veg like spinach. If that doesn't work, consider trying to find ways of reducing your stress levels, and try to take some more time to rest.
Good luck.

No, this is not a normal thing. There are a number of possibilities for what could be causing this but the only way to find out for sure is to see your doctor for further evaluation to see what they think could be causing this.

no that is not at all normal. I would go at get a good physical to find out if there is anything wrong such as your thyroid, low iron, depression or any number of other things.
