Suicide is never the answer!
At the moment, why your head is all clouded up and confused it may seem like the best solution. But after the problem subsides and you really think about it, you might consider your self really stupid to even consider the option.
I was in this same situation in February of last year.
My mom is my best friend, I have other friends but she is the closest. One night we had an argument over something to stupid to even argue about, my mom was really agree and she said some really hurtful things to me. I yelled at her and then she said that she wish she had never made me.
I was devastated, I thought that I was the problem and I wanted to fix it. I took a bottle of antibiotics and left the house. It was after twelve and the streets was lonely I knew how dangerous it was but I didn't care. I wanted something bad to happen to me.
However, I would never do that again, it is the most self thing that a person could do. Plus it is a one-way ticket to hell. If you get these tendencies you should talk to someone. Prayer can always work

That depends. If you want answers to your confusion, then it is not because nobody knows what happens to you after death. It may be final and you'll never know anything, or there may be an afterlife but you still don't know if anything will be revealed. You don't say anything about what confuses you nor do you give your age so specific comments are difficult to provide. Perhaps it will help you to know that we all are confused and don't know what to do at various times in our lives. The important point to consider is that nobody every "knows" what to do all the time. Sometimes you have to make a decision based on what information is available and go forward. Standing around and waiting for a 100% accurate answer based on infallible information will leave you confused. So make sound decisions and be prepared to adjust to changing circumstances because that is exactly what will be the case many times. When it isn't, be happy, when it is, be happy that you can adjust and move on. Good luck.

Absolutely NOT. Suicide is NEVER the answer. If someone feels like they want to commit suicide they should push that thought right out of their head and seek help immediately and solve their problems. Because no problem is permanent, but suicide is something that can never be reversed. If they try hard enough, they will be able to live a happy life again, no matter how long it takes.

If you're a member of a group of radical fundamentalists that want to take out thousands of innocent people, then yes, it is better for that person, kill them self, and spare the innocents. If it is a matter of someone battling a mental illness, it is not. If it a matter of someone who has become overwhelmed by the poor choices they have made in life, it is still not. Suicide is a murder. It is illegal and if the person does not succeed, they will be institutionalized and that's not much better than the life they were living previously. If you know something is wrong, get that person to get help. Suicide is not listed as an option to solving problems. It is a cowardly and selfish act. Get the person help before it is too late!

NO....... If you are confused about stuff then you need to talk about it with someone, you may need antidepressants.
I have been on these for a while now and I feel fantastic, normal again. But the tablets are only the small part of the help, counselling is what really helps.
I went to my Dr and he gave me 8 free sessions with the surgery councillor and it made be really think about things in a different way, now I'm going to see someone once a week though the uni it's called "Time to talk" it's a cheap alternative.
So try going to your Dr first and take it from there.
Good Luck xx

I've tried to kill myself a few times before using sleeping pills and alcohol. For the past 10 years I've thought about suicide quite a lot. It's like I'm obsessed with it. I have no friends, I'm bipolar and I have OCD, among other things. I have a difficult time holding jobs. I have like 50,000 dollars worth of debt. I worry I'm going to be homeless and starving.
BUT,
I think that it's really not a good solution to any earthly based problems. If you kill yourself, there is absolutely no way that your life will get better, but if you stay alive, things CAN get better. I think it's better to keep searching for something that can get you through the days instead of permanently ending your life. The universe is enourmous. Lots of possibilites. Who knows what could happen tomorrow. Take things one day at a time.

Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. Most people want to find easy answers to life perplexing problems, but there are none. We change all the time and situations change too! Wait for the change, it'll be a better and brighter day!
Emotions can be controlled even if your surroundings can not. The way you view circumstances is how you process life. Take one day at a time and know that, "This too shall pass."

Absolutely not! Suicide is either a cry for help, personally I think it's the cowards way out, we should be grateful for what time we have on this planet, not cutting it short, and to commit suicide is a pretty selfish act, what about the people who are left behind? they will be suffering more!

Definatly not...7yrs ago i felt suicidal and sadly i was so depressed that i took myself to the doctors in a state as i knew i couldnt leave my children behind and i was thinking at one point theyd have to go with me. Logically and rationally i knew i was ill to be thinking that when my whole world is my kids.Thankfully it was very short term and looking back now it certainly wasnt the right answer as suicide is perminant,no going back and there is always something better to come along even when you think that there isnt...:) :)

No. Killing yourself is permanent, when your problem could be temporary, even if your feeling down you need to think about what's good in your life, instead of all thats wrong. My mom has suffers from depression and takes many anti-depressents. Sometimes I also think it's my fault that she is depressed and I think i'm part of the reason she has had suicidal thoughts, because it started when I was born. Everyone tells me this isn't true but I can't help it. I am thankful that my mom is still here with me and those of you that have lost a loved one, you have my sympathy.
