No, because you would probably win anyway. I have a damaged right arm at the moment.
Even if it was OK, the answer is the same, but I would let the contest run for a few seconds.

You should win on your own ability. Do a few arm curls before going to bed and your muscles will be perfect for arm wrestling.

I'd never let you win, unless I could choose your prize!!! lol !!. Women always cheat in arm-wrestling, wether it be using too hands, biting, flashing boobs etc etc...
