when people are going to learn to appreciate good deeds instead of showing jealous feelings?

Mostly people do appreciate good deeds...although you may have some people around you jealous of the attention you're getting or the rewards of your deeds. you can't be bothered by a few petty people. The most you can do is remember how they made you feel and vow never to put anyone else in that position.

Deep down most people do truly appreciate good deeds, unless they are totally black at their center (which I am of the belief that no one is completely evil. Most of the time, folks who are jealous of your good deed or someone else's are trying to make up for what they lack. It's the same concept as a bully picking on someone at school or even at work.

Remember to forgive them for being ignorant to their feelings, but don't let them push you around for doing something good.

when a jealous person sees a good person doing a good deed, they assume that person is doing it for some sort of self gain. why does the jealous person feel this way? it is because of transferance, the jealous person is transferring his/her greedy self gain intentions to the good doer and hence cannot comprehend the selfless act by the good doer.

to answer your question, the jealous people actually will have to do or at least consider selfless thoughts. this is never going to happen as humanity is imperfect. sorry :(
