That second trimaster is known as the second honeymoon for a lot of couples because there is no sickness and you aren't very big in the stomach yet. For some women, morning sickness comes back in the third trimaster in place of heartburn. I know that I never got any heartburn, but I was sick the last couple of weeks of my pregnancy which is why there was no weight gain for a few weeks during my pregnancy and then when I got sick, I gained weight because I ate to prevent myself from throwing up. The weeks will fly by and you will feel better and of course this sickness will be a distant memory.

I had morning sickness 24/7. It wasn't severe, but it is not fun being nauseated all the time. I had tea and crackers first thing in the morning and I had plain yogurt every day. The yogurt seemed to calm my stomach. I also ate plain, light meals and it helped. I gained the prescribed amount of weight, so the baby was fine.
My overweight husband lost 30 lbs. while I was pregnant!

I am very sorry you are still feeling this way, having gone through it myself and still feeling a bit yucky myself. Perhaps you could try some natural remedy pills, or maybe your doctor can prescribe a different pill. Good luck I hope it goes away soon, and good luck with the rest of your pregnancy.
