Legally, yes you would be blamed for the break up of your marriage because you had a child with another man.
You would have been much smarter to have left your husband when your affair first started ( or before it started) since you were no longer in love with him. Now you don't have a legal leg to stand on. You have lost your rights to a lot of assets that you would have had prior to the affair. Silly girl!

You should have left him years ago. Leave and file for a divorce. At that time you can file for child support for all three, unless you want to tell him that the last one is not his. Why did you wait to do this? Just because husband was unfaithful, it does not give you the right to do the same. That is revenge, and revenge can cause a lot of bad things to occur. You need to do some serious repair work on your life.

My advice?? See a lawyer, as soon as possible. What you pay the lawyer will be to your advantage. You really need legal help with this. If you want to keep your children, and have them live with you, see a lawyer. Good luck.

Definitely get the advice of an attorney so that you don't lose your children. You want to make sure you do everything by the book.
