trouble with return to castle wolfenstien?

hey wondering if anyone can help me i installed the game and when i try to run it, it gives me this error.

GLW_StartOpenGL() - could not load OpenGL subsystem

It's sounds like the version of RTCW you have is not compatible with the version of windows you have.

Have a look on the RTCW website and get any updated patches that you might not have for your operating system.
