GWB is stuck on stupid because his head had an enlarged ego where the rest of the world have their brains. His ego is so massive it takes up space in his chest where other people have a heart. Actually, calling him stupid is giving him more credit than he deserves. Whatever is lower than stupid, that is GWB.
