Two things you might need to do - get a resurfacing kit for the DVDs, and run a lens cleaner disk through your DVD player. Good luck!

go to a ebgames they have these little scratch fixing machines for like 20 bucks and they have worked great for me you just plug it in and put two drops of this stuff it comes with and it runs for like 2 minutes it has worked really good for me just follow the instructions i think it was made by MadCatz

put tooth paste on it and then make sure it covers the whole bottem side of the dvd and then wipe it off with a toilet paper and then rinse it off with a wet paper towel
[ make sure its dried first before you try it ]

Try alcohol or pour hot wax on it, let it dry and peel it off then clean it with windex or maybee bleach.

you could try to get it resurfaced at your local video store but it will cost you a few dollars.
