This could be a few things. Some women get small bumps and a rash when thery do a lot of walking and their legs rub together. Cream helps this and the use of undergarments until the rash has healed.

Alternatively, it might be a virus transmitted sexually. In this case, the small bumps can appear on the thighs, stomach and vagina.

There are also cases of similar bumps that you described, which are not related to sexual activity.

At the end of the day, the best way of knowing is to talk to your doctor. All the advice in the world on here is nothing compared to their examination.

Obvious this could be a very embarrassing conversation. However! I assure you that they would have seen far far worse than what you have. They'd probably even consider it a good day? :)

See a doctor who you know and trust and explain your situation clearly. In my opinion, nothing is more embassassing or confronting than having a Pap Smear. Please try not to worry.

These things are usually treatable.

Hmm...this is hard to answer. There are all kinds of factors that could lead to different responses. First of all, it is likely some sort of irritation. From your underwear? Shaving? Sweating or chaffing? Then it could also be an STD? Are you sexually active? It could be a number of things. You might want to add more info to your question.
Keep the area clean and dry. Don't pick at the area. Try to wear loose fitting underwear and allow the area to get air as much as possible. If these things don't help. I'd have a doctor look at it, if it isn't cleared up within a week or so.

Do the bumps grow bigger?
DO they bust?
if so they could be abscesses, which Can be a common thing. i have a friend who is a big girl and her thighs rub together and she gets them all the time. the best thing too do is to wear something tight so your thighs don't rub together, by your thighs rubbing together it is causing the infection too spread. Try to dry the area well after showering. and if possible take a swab off it to the Dr and get it tested.

i think its called shaffing when your legs keep rubbing together it can cause bumps that sometimes hurt and both of your legs are rubbing so that's why it more than likely appeared on the other leg baby powder can sometimes make the rubbing of the legs smoother so it wont cause irritation. you can talk to your doctor about the situation but i don't think something like that is a yeast infection.

if it's on your thighs it's not yeast probably some kind of an irritant, wash with mild soap like ivory or dove and coat with ointment should clear in day or two, then try to identify what cause, new laundry soap, hygiene product ect!

It is probably ingrown hairs that are trying to grow under the skin. they are common in areas that rub a lot use lotion to help prevent them in the future.
