By dark i mean the sun tanned skin colour we see in Greek, Turkish and South European men.

Turkish men look great in the colour turquoise, so I would imagine anyone with this skintone would. A turquoise silk shirt would look great with a pair of black jeans, and would be a good 'smart casual' look. A smart pair of sunglasses would be a nice accessory.

Avoid pastel colours. Most shades of blue look good.

White also looks good against that skintone, but don't do the shirt open halfway, with a gold chain and too much hairgel - YEUCHHH!! That is the 'maganda' waiter look.

A girl's private school uniform.
Sun dresses with go-go boots.
Any of the Village People's outfits.
A Bumble Bee Costume.
"Land Shark" from Saturday Night Live.

Hope this helps.

Just about anything, I think. Bold colors like golds, reds, and blues.
