Yes I have.....and still do. My heart aches and I get this odd feeling in my stomach every time I think of him. (The feeling is like when you're riding in an elevator and it "drops" to the next floor). But not only does my heart ache for him, but my entire body aches. He is my ex and it just so happens that he is also my best friend. We can't have contact though because we have moved on and are with other people now. We love one another with everything in us. Therefore, when we think of one another, we feel it in every part of our bodies. We were meant to be together, but because we are not, we are both incomplete.

You might feel strong feelings for another but unless you are realistic about that person you feel this way with your heart and that person feels the same move on and do not waste your time haha make sure that the other person heart is aching for you too or put a band aid on the ache and move on :)))))))))))))))))))))))) to another heart only give your heart away (ache) for a better heart in return or your heart will not only ache it will destroy you hahaha

Yes I have.
I love my son so much that sometimes I feel as if my heart might explode as if my heart isn't big enough to hold all of the love inside.
I love him more than anything and everything this world could ever have to offer.

Yes my husband's going through cancer right now and my heart aches at the idea of losing him. Anything having to do with my child, her safety and security.

Oh yes, but only when the love wasn't returned. I think in retrospect it was my ego, my realization that I wasn't enough for him. Now, I know that I'm the most important person and no-one is worth heartache ever, ever again.

Yes. Late at night I have been known to sneak into my children's rooms and watch them sleep. At such moments I have felt as if my heart would burst from chest.
