I'm on Loestrin 24 fe. Its my first time on the pill. After I have sex sometimes I get cramps and bleed a little. its not like a period though. could sex be triggering this? should i worry?

I'm pretty sure breakthrough bleeding is a common side effect when you first start taking the pill.
Each pill packet should have an insert which lists all the common side effects, and breakthrough bleeding should be written on there.
P.S. Sex shouldn't cause cramping and stuff, best you see a doc about that one.

This sounds more like your body not being able to tolerate the Loestrin 24 Fe.
I had a similar problem with a form of Loestrin called Loestrin Fe 1/20.
I would recommend getting in touch with your doctor to let them know what's going on to see what they suggest.
