How old do you have to be to be a surrogate mother? Also, what are the qualifications?

At least 18. In some states it's 21 or 25. In some states it's not even legal, so check out your local laws on the subject.

Qualifications also depend on the state. Some require just a health check-up whereas some require family history, fertility testing and some even require a large amount of psychological counseling.

Again, without know where you live, I can't give a more specific answer.

it is illigal in australia to be a surrogate mother
the qulifications are that you have to be the legal age 18+ but to become a surragate mother you are willing to give a child you have carried for 9 months to a parent that can legally take the child and you will never see the child until the legal parents say so
also you HAVE to be a relative like a sister of the person of the baby that you are carring

Im just having a guess but 18+. The only qualifcations are that you agree to all of the conditions of the contract that is written up between you and the mother and father.

You have to have had at least 2 healthy children, no miscarriages or other pregnancy problems. NO Gestational diabetes. I believe you also have to undergo psychological evaluations

At least 18,healthy,no mental problem in th family,blood group.
