The weather on Guam is pretty consistent: partly cloudy with a chance of showers. It is ALWAYS humid and warm and the water temperature is consistently in the upper 70's to lower 80's. The spring and summer seasons tend to be best for weather and local activities. I would be careful traveling during "typhoon season" which occurs during the months of September to February. Typhoons are infamous for canceling flights, knocking out power and water... basically making your 1 week stay an uncomfortable one.
