Depending on how recent and how much of that you did, you realize, you were on an emotional vacation for that whole time! Physically you need to clean your system as best as you can! Grapefruit juices, pepper, lots of meals made of oat meal. Ride a bike at night. Get your old molecules pumping and your old mind (real mind) kicked back into action.
ONe leads to the other. Meth is SO hard on your physical self, you need to shock your tissue into shocking your mind into shocking your soul back to an ordinary, not so grand state of being, on any random day you can recall before you took your vacation! One night your riding your bike and the physical burn grabs you and BOOM! Your ready to have some life again! I know this because I spent 20 years abusing myself with STUNT work. Not chemicals, but just as destructive. 40 broken bones were no big deal. My broken neck WAS though! I thought I would NEVER feel normal or strong again. It took me two years and I am finally back and feeling the burn! No more meth for you... no more ramps for me! ok?

First of all, I would like to acknowledge your effort of finding a solution to your problem. That is the first step.

Next, visit a therapist for proper guidance.

Secondly, go to a boot camp and learn new things.

Thirdly, get involved in your community and socialize. You need a support group to help you get through this problem.

All the best to you!
