I am building a sli desktop, has all sli certifield item. Plan to do sli XFX 320mb 8800. Will it be better to wait for price to drop to get the second card? or will be alot easier get it now for installion? will it alot of hazard to install second video card down the road?

I have an EVGA 7600GT. I like your choice.

To start, just use a single card. Wait a month or two, so that you can get a "know" on how your system works with just one card. It helps to know what your system "is" with just a single card, so that you can tweak the settings to make it better. (Having two cards can actually foul things up if you do the wrong thing when you tweak the settings.) Also, you can keep an eye on heat issues and prepare for more heat in the future.

The only reason that I would start out a system in SLI without playing aroud with it and seeing what it is capable is if I were to assemble a water cooling setup with a computer. I helped a friend build his PC with water cooling and it was a frustrating experience. It took about three times as long to assemle the computer.
