If you are not interested in seeing a doctor, seek out a homeopathic specialist. They may be able to provide some natural treatment. You may also wish to try meditation. You can find some guided meditation cd's that actually focus on ridding addictions. I would think this would be tough to conquer yourself, you may also wish to seek out a support group. You can start with the local Alcohol Anonymous group, they may be able to recommend a local group for you.

Good luck on this one. I have watched a guy I know for nearly 11 years trying to get off of it. He has been in rehab 4 times and keeps getting back on it.

What do you mean by meth,are you talking about methadone or speed. I guess I'm stupid it's been many years sense i done drugs.
