The best thing in the world for my babies when they are teething is a wet wash cloth and baby Tylenol. Every baby is different and you might have to keep trying a bunch of stuff to find what your baby love to teeth on. Good luck

Hi, my son has just gone through the same thing. This stage might come and go still with out the teeth breaking through. He seems a bit early to have the teeth come through. My sons 6 months and the teeth have been visable under the gums for about 2 months. i gave him baby panadol during the day and baby nurifin at night because it will make him drousy and it lasts longer than the panadol 8 hours vers the panadol that lasts 4. Also you can put bonjella directly onto the gums which numbs the site. If yoyu dont want to give panadol you can get a herbal supplement from the chemist. Aswell as this you can get teething toys that you put in the freezer. But because he is so young you may have to hold it for him. hope this helps

Infant Tylenol will help. Also, tomorrow go buy Hyland's teething Tablets. They are all natural and they disolve in baby's mouth. Orajel for babies works great too. I used all three and my son slept through the night while teething.

All I used for my son aside from baby Motrin was Hylands teething tablets. They worked great and are homeopathic, so no need to worry about all the gross stuff in alot of medications for babies.
Do not use the Baby Orajel as it might make your baby even worse. My son screamed because he didnt like being numb on his mouth.

Try Ashtons Powders, you just rub this on babies gums, cool teethhing rings as suggested or stick of cool carrot, gives the gum something to knaw on or of course your fingers !
Good luck we are going through this to ! :-)

Give him something cold. Someone recommended freezing some of his juice in a baggie so that he can chew on that but if it breaks open its not a big deal.
