If prior permissions from Noice and PCB were not taken by
the unit, it was a STRONG violation of the orders of Hon'ble HCs and also of Apx Court. Write to the Head of the Police, mentioning this. If no actions taken, write to the PCB endorsing a copy to a leading NGO dealing with PC.

Get a judge to issue a cease and desist order to be in effect until after your lawsuit is settled. And sue the man for damaging your property value and disturbing the peace of the neighborhood.

Also sign a complaint that he is operating an unlicensed business in a residential area.

I would think the only person you can go to is the police.

I mean, if it's that loud, and it's doing business in a residential area, that can't be legal! I'd look up the laws and if it's illegal call the police and say he's running a business in a residential area and disrupting the peace.

Good luck.

You could start by going to your city or township office. They should be able to provide violations being he is not supose to be running a business or factory in a residensial area. Hope this helps.

Just keep calling the authority's, eventually they will have to do something. Get other neighbors to start a petition to stop it as well :)

ur neighbor must have a business license to operate at home, and most of the home office licenses r not allowing home manufacture. go look for help from ur county's licensing department, they can help u on this issue.
