Marilyn vos Savant is supposed to have the highest IQ tested- I think they said it was 230.
As for Bill, I've seen 2 numbers, 137 and 182, both good IQ's. I read he has the highest IQ of the presidents- and still manages to get into trouble! lol
If you aren't sure, ask your professor and see what he says, but you can also google Marilyn vos Savant.

I've never even heard that he took an IQ test. Most people don't. Why would he ever have done such a thing?

did some research. There is always some debate, but clinton is typically listed as between 140-160, with some very high estimates fo 180. 140 ish is in the extremely gifted region.
So at the worst, he is pretty much a friggin genious !!
The article I read says that Guiness has recorded IQ's of over 200.

I think Clinton is a very smart man, But not that smart as to test the highest of today. Remember he got impeached.
