I used to have 16%....but then I discovered P&S. You don't really expect to get best for any of your answers, but then you think back on days past and feel down for a moment. And you realize you can never go back. P&S has stolen your soul, and not even against your will. Who else feels a bit sad when answering so many questions causes your percentage to go down? It seems like such an important number.....

It's the first thing I notice when I look at someone's page. It's huge and surrounded by lime green. And I wonder- do other people see my profile this way? Wouldn't it be better if a more concrete number, such as one's level, were so prominently displayed?

Truth is when I was doing Singles& Dating my BA % was over 50. I had a Orange Badge after two weeks. I got bored of telling teenagers to go talk to their crush so I came to Polls& Surveys and my % has since steadily dropped. I also lost my S&D Orange Badge I think I give good answers BUT many times that's not what they are looking for in P&S like it was in S&D. Mainly seems they want an opinion that jibes with their beliefs mostly unknown to me. It seemed to take an eternity to get the Orange in P&S as well. Sometimes I feel like I am crashing someone elses party in P&S. So I am the odd man out. I am slowly winning people over but I suspect there will always be some who don't care for me.
My goals on here have evolved. At first I loved BA and still do so I was very selective about who I answered and never went for just two points. I also used to delete my answers if the person didn't choose BA in two days because most times if they don't pick after two days it goes to vote and if I am not first answer I lose. I always cast my vote for myself and love it when I see some already voted for me but some others on here will vote for themselves more then once. Once I got the TC Badge I wanted to get two and I did. I was almost ready to go for a third when I decided I liked to stay in P&S. Now my goal is simply to break Level 6 I no longer care about the badge or the BA %. It too much work maintaining it. Now I answer simply for the fun of it. I will still cast my vote for myself but I am not as selective as I once was so I never delete to maintain my %. Once I hit Level 6 I am hoping I can cut way back on my time here. I tell myself that every day but keep coming back for more. Level 7 seems so far off and I will never be in it simply for two points.

LOL I try not to answer too many questions because I want to stay near 10%. Kind of silly Huh? I supose nobody cares about my percentage except me. Right now I'm only answering your question because I only need a few more points to get to level 4. An other thing that means basically nothing to anyone but me.

I know exactly how you feel! I am down to around 6% because I just keeping answering riddles and things haha. It's addicting though :) I am going to become really smart and start giving advice in the Community sections and then win all my percentages back :)

Well, you can make up for some of the best answers you should have got but didn't by simply voting on questions that you answered. This will raise your percentage a little bit.

Seriously dude...get out of my mind. That's what happened to me...I had a higher percent...then I discovered P&S...and now its down to 6%...at least you're better off than me. I don't think I ever got picked for a PS question yet...its probably because I'm not a funny guy, and most people pick funny answers.

I get this rush when my best answer percentage rises to 6%. I feel deflated as it plummets back down to 5%,

I do.. I envy people who has like best answer percentage - 50%.. it seems they are pretty awesome in their certain topic.. It makes me bitter. haha

I felt very disappointed when I lost my Best Contributor badge.
