This question is purely for Americans. Why do you think the world hates America? Note the anti American feeling has been around long before you got this rich and powerful but is of course more highlighted now. Do you believe you are the scapegoat for the Muslim Clerics and such people? Or is it because everywhere you go in the world you have stuck you foot into another nations affairs where you are simply no longer needed or not wanted.

The serious answer is that there is a large group of Zionists who are in just about complete control of the USA government , this is public information and not against Jews in any way and not intended to be an anti Semitic remark. Just check it out.

Forgive the brash style of the information in the link, in any case this is public information and not a secret, it is simply not publicised much

That is a misleading belief. The entire world obviously does not hate the United States, and hatred has existed for millenniums. However the specific countries that do/did show animosity towards the US at some point or another, do/did so because of the US's actions against them. There is not a single country that hates the US just because it did nothing. In fact, had the US remained isolationist, I believe that at worst, countries would feel indifference instead of hatred towards the US. Let me give you an example... in today's society, there is a large amount of hatred toward the US from the Middle East. However, this hatred was incited by the US, following a simple cause-effect predicament. In the 90s, the US believed that it was their responsibility to go into the Middle East to protect Kuwait from Saddam Hussein. We did that, however, in reality did much more damage than the media wanted US citizens to believe. Try to think about it this way, how would you feel if a foreign country decided to come to US and bomb our cities, kill our people, etc. because say Mexico was invading us. We would obviously not be happy that Mexico was invading us, but we would feel even worse that this foreign country wreaking havoc in our country. This is the same predicament that Kuwait felt, except for the fact that Kuwait is essentially the size of Maryland. So, essentially, let us look back at the main point. This was the cause. The US's "white man's burden" propelled it to go into the Middle East and start creating damages and casualties there. Thus, a number of Middle Easterns from a variety of countries began to feel dislike towards the US. This was most evidence with Al-Qaeda. However, following 9/11, the US's desire to go into all these different Middle East countries and completely overthrow their government, and do all this different stuff, gradually increased the amount of animosity towards the US. The US completely bit off more than they could chew. WMDs, the Taliban, Saddam Hussein, Osama bin-Laden, Al-Qaeda, overthrow the dictatorships, and so on and so forth. However, it is my belief that time will eventually mend the relationship between the US and the Middle East. However, the mending process will only begin once we pull out (TWSS). Remember the Cold War. Russia (aka Soviet Union) and the United States absolutely hated each other for years, however after we stopped our antics and came to a resolution with them, our relationship immediately improved. Look at us now, is our relationship with Russia perfect? Of course not, but think about it. It has only been about 2 decades since Russia and the US were hated rivals. Just 20 years, and look at how much better Russian-US relations are. This could very well be the same with the Middle East. Do we hate each other right now? Yeah. But the only way to stop the hatred is to stop inciting it. And that means to stop meddling in their countries and have our military get out of the Middle East and come home. That is the only way we will ever be able to repair the broken relationship that we hold now.

I hate the rift that has been created in this World through the political agendas of many nations, including America. The irony is..ask any individual of those nations and they most probably would say the same, (even an American!!).
So who or what deserves our hatred?.

Any country that messes with the politics in another is hated, Britian did it for years and nobody could stand them. America is now doing it and so people now hate us. Almost every war we've been in since the revolution has been one that messes with some other countries politics without really being in defense of ours.

Not every American wants to "stick our foot into another nations affairs."
As far as I am concerned, it's every nation for itself.
I'd rather the money spent "interfering" with other nations be spent at home instead of bailing out the rest of the world when they can't take care of their own house.

The world certainly doesn't hate America when they need our help and money! You can't have it both ways...you can't hate us but want us to send billions of dollars to help 3rd world countries after they've destroyed themselves and their land.

For so many countries to supposedly hate us Americans, people from all over the world flee to our country for a better life...even illegally!

Maybe the younger generation should put a stop to the brain washing and think for themselves. Most 3rd world countries teach their children prejudice and hatred of Americans from birth.

I'm proud to be an American! I'm also proud that I don't live in a country where young children are running around with weapons and being taught hatred and to kill just because of a persons ethnic background. Oh and I'm happy I don't see women giving birth every year to more and more children after they've buried their other children who have starved to death or died of curable diseases.

If you don't like us...don't come to our great nation. And don't ask or take our money when you've ruined your own country.

God Bless America - Support our troops

As an American, the way you feel about me does not matter to me as long as we treat you fair and do not get less than we receive. good Friends do not leach from the other.
