I said some very hurtful things to my ex bf as he was still seeing his ex as a friend and I have been cheated on by other guys in the past. He has never given me reason not to trust him but I still have these issues with men.
I have realised what a fool I have been and asked him to reconsider. He says I have hurt him too much and that he can only offer me friedship now. I know deep down he thinks the world of me. How can I win him back. We have agreed to stay friends but inside I am really hurting. How can I win him back?

Be his friend, that is all he wants at this time.
Who knows later on down the road, he may want to reconsider and start dating you again.
Give him some time and don't try to hard.
