Well, probably not the same types of criminals (the really sick ones like molestors and rapists) that Clinton pardoned without any reserach. Since President Bush is supposedly "spying" on all of us now, he may actually pardon a few deserving individuals who have fallen victim to the system.
He won't ever pardon Hillary for being a Socialist, though.

I doubt we'll see as many career criminals, tax evaders, drug dealers, business partners and close friends as we saw when Clinton had his brother telemarketing Amnesty for $$.
