No. They only reduce it if he gets a lower paying job or if he's paying child support to other children.

NEVER! Child support is based on a 'negotiated settlement' or court ordered ... and even if the father has more children of his own, the court would NEVER reduce the child support ... unless it was for a 'better reason' ... like the father being 'in jail' for a NON-child support matter, they'd 'suspend' the payments, but would expect the father to 'make them up' over time, once he was released from jail.

He has to go back to court and prove his hardship in paying for both families. Courts are hard on a man where there are children involved and it's a harder thing for him to start a new life and family. But the courts would listen to him. Have been there

No, biological children from a previous relationship/marriage come before any other children from subsquent relationships/marriages. Even if they were his biological children the children from YOUR relationship with this man would come SECOND in line, his biological children from his FIRST marriage will ALWAYS come first until the support order runs out. It doesn't matter if he adopts your children his biological children from his FIRST relationship/marriage come FIRST in a court of law. I suggest you get on the ball and have your ex start supporting HIS biological children with you, if you want money.

Nope, organic and organic little ones who got here previously the observed little ones consistently come first in a newborn help order. the only factor adopting the stepchildren will do is upload to the guy's economic burden. The step newborn's organic and organic father would desire to be helping them.

only if he fully supports them. such as the mother/his wife is a full dependent on him for support. a housewife. and even them, i think the father of those stepchildren would have to be dead. it's an arguable point. a really good attorney can push it.

no they make him take care of biological children first above others...because they assume that the step children also have two biological parents.
