It is your wedding - don't make your fiance find someone just to be in your wedding.

A suggestion - One bridesmaid can walk down the aisle first (maid or matron of honor) and the other bridesmaid and groomsmen can walk together.

Yeah, just tell your fiance to do the math, right? Each bridesmaid need an esort to walk down the aisle because it wouldn't look right if one bridemaid walk lonely. Perhaps maybe your brother or nephew can join in.

there's really only 1 bestman in a wedding...if he wants he could have a groomsman..
in your case, your 2 girlfriends are enough. you need 1 for maid of honor, and the other for a bridesmaid.
ask your fiance if he has another friend that could stand as a groomsman if you're not comfortable with having an unequal number.

you dont have to be even...just leave it be. How many flower girls will you be haveing? are you going to have the same ammount of little boys on the other side??? Do what you want abd dont worry about anything. You dont want to kick out a bridesmaid just because you want to be even

it's not so nice to ask one of bridesmaid to leave. instead get one more, so you have 2 to 1.

Tell him that he either needs to get another groomsman, or you need to tell one of the bridesmaids they aren't in the wedding after all.
