In order to be the president you have to be a natural born citizen, however to be a congressman you don't. My question is this, since the speaker of the house is third in line to the president, can a speaker of the house that isn't a natrual born citizen accend to the presidency?

The answer is no. The Presidential Succession Act provides that the Speaker of House will act as president if there is no president or vice president, but it is qualified in that the speaker must be eligible to serve as president under the Constitution, therefore it would go down the line until someone was eligible to serve.

No, the succession for the presidency passes to the next person in line (President Pro Tempore of the Senate).

EDIT: Here is your source. 3 U.S.C. sec. 19(e) requires that persons assuming the role of Acting President must themselves be constitutionally eligible to become President in their own right. This thus eliminates any member of Congress or the Cabinet who is not natural-born from the line of succession.

No, even if its wrong, they skip the person and move to the next natural born citizen

I believe the correct process would be to skip that position until you find the next natural born.
